Jamestown to hold baby sign language class

I took this FREE class along with my son and husband earlier this year. Today, my 1-year-old signs “all done” among others. The “all done” one is my favorite, as prior to learning it, he just chucked his food on the floor. My house is much cleaner now… and the dog is losing weight :)

Class info includes: A free, six week Baby Signs class will be held Mondays, Sept. 26 – Nov. 7 (no class 10/31), at Stepping Stones Family Play Center, 523 4th Ave. SE, in Jamestown. The use of simple sign language for babies has many proven benefits, according to Amy Tichy who instructs them for the North Dakota State University Extension Office. Recommended for children ages 8mo – 18mo. Class size is limited. Call the Barnes & Stutsman Counties Parent Resource Center at 845-8528 to register.

Let me know how it goes!
