We NEED Thanksgiving recipes, memories

Hello all!

The Jamestown Sun and Forum Communications need some help.  We’re working on a statewide multimedia Thanksgiving cooking project. Think “Taste of Home” magazine, North Dakota and Minnesota style. Reader participation is crucial to making the project a success.

Can you make homemade cranberry sauce on the cheap? Do your mashed potatoes swim in a gravy that’s actually good for you? Did Martha Stewart invite you on her show to share your great-grandmother’s leftover turkey a-la king recipe? If so, we want to know about it!

Below, we have the categories of what we’re looking for. Share this message with friends, family, co-workers to help get the word out and start sending recipes and memories!

All responses can be sent to Teri Finneman at politics@wday.com. Or, if someone doesn’t have email, they can write to her at The Forum, State Capitol Press Room, Bismarck, ND 58505.

Anyone responding should include their name, city, state and a phone number to reach them for us to ask any additional questions or to make them into a larger part of one of the stories. We would like to receive all responses by Oct. 15 to ensure there’s enough time to pull it all together by Thanksgiving. Thanks for your help and be sure to tune in to one of the Forum’s many media organizations (The Forum, Grand Forks Herald, Jamestown Sun, Dickinson Press, etc.) during Thanksgiving week to see how it all came together!!!

  1. I’ve been browsing on-line greater than 3 hours as of late, but I never discovered any interesting article like yours. It is lovely worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made excellent content as you probably did, the web can be a lot more helpful than ever before.

  2. You’re truly a good webmaster. The web site loading speed is incredible. It seems that you’re doing any distinctive trick. Also, The contents are masterpiece. you have done a great task on this matter!
