Headlines: Why are we obsessed with boobs?

* Breast is best, so seriously, what’s the big deal?: “Americans are particularly square,” Fisher says. “People in other cultures think we’re so sexually progressive, but we’re actually a sex-negative society. We link sex with sin and religion. And we still see the breast as purely sexual instead of as a source of nourishment. We grow uncomfortable when a woman breast-feeds in public, but we don’t look the other way when she’s feeding the child a hot dog.”

* Jamestown area volunteers needed to package meals for starving children: Kids Against Hunger is a humanitarian food aid organization that sets up packaging centers in communities. Volunteers than assemble the meals, which consist of rice, soy, dehydrated vegetables and 21 essential vitamins and minerals. The meals are then shipped out to hungry children here in the U.S. and across the globe.

* Missing man supposed to stop in Jamestown: Ronald Lee Johnson was supposed to visit his son in Jamestown on Oct. 15. From there he was to visit his sister in Valley City on Oct. 16, and he had a medical appointment at the VA Hospital in Fargo on Oct. 17
